i really shouldn't waste a post when i could use it for tomorrow, but two things:

1. i am currently #1 in nate's fantasy football league he dared me to join. suck it, boys!

2. i cannot get the phrase "hot bed of political action" out of my head. where did i hear this? why can i not forget it?!
